Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Brooch de Mode, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products (Hair Accessories) and hygiene standards, we follow a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Returns We maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy for "change of mind" or personal preference once an order has been delivered. We kindly request customers to review product descriptions and specifications carefully before confirming their purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to making it right.

Proof: A clear unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging are mandatory to process the claim.

Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the "No Cancellation" rule applies.
