1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking Your Order

4. Shipping Address & Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Note: Our operating hub is located in Uttar Pradesh, from where all orders are dispatched.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please take a clear unboxing video and contact us at broochdemode@gmail.com within 48 hours. This is mandatory for us to process a claim with our logistics partner.
