Welcome to Brooch de mode. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if information is found to be false.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Transactions are processed securely via our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in our hair accessory descriptions. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or display settings.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and your location. Brooch de Mode is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners once the order has been dispatched.

Our operating hub is located in Uttar Pradesh, from where all orders are dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
Damaged/Defective Items: In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us at broochdemode@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.
Refunds: If a return is approved for a damaged item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days as per bank norms.
General Returns: Due to the nature of hair accessories (hygiene), we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

6. Limitation of Liability

Brooch de mode shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
